The Problem

Why Delivery First
Every story has a beginning, a middle, and an end. Ours starts at the end.
Delivery is where a production meets an explicit external acceptance test. A package is received, inspected, accepted, rejected, or returned for cure, and then resubmitted. That closed loop makes it the clearest place to learn what was actually required rather than what someone believed.
We started there because it is one of the hardest places to be wrong, and because everything learned at the end is worth more at the beginning.
